Schreiber Excavating was the site contractor for the entire Penfield Square job. The job consisted of 183 apartments included independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.

Underground utilities including large pump station

Foundatioons Excavation, and slab prep

Landscaping and fencing in its entirety

Concrete curb, sidewalks, patios, and asphalt prep and paving.
