Schreiber Excavating was the site contractor for the Bella Sera Housing development. The job consisted of 27 housing sub-divison lots.

SCOPE OF WORK:

50,000 CY of Topsoil stripping and earthwork including rock excavation for ponds and road ways,

Underground utilities including 4000LF of storm piping, 

4000LF of Sanitary sewer, 3500LF of water line.

4000LF of concrete gutters, 18500sf of concrete sidewalk, asphalt subbase & paving, and hydro-seeding.
